We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or any social media platform. We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or actions taken by social networks against your account or content.
2. User Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
Keeping login details secure
All activity performed on their account
Submitting correct order information
We are not responsible for any loss caused by account misuse, hacking, or user negligence.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments and balances added to your account are final and non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for:
Wrong payments
Accidental deposits
Unused balance
Slow delivery
Dissatisfaction with results
Please add funds carefully.
4. No Refill / No Refund Services
Services marked as "No Refill" or "No Refund" are strictly final.
In such services:
No refill will be provided
No refund will be granted
Any loss is the user’s responsibility

5. Partial Orders Policy
If an order is partially completed due to system error, provider issue, or any technical reason:
The remaining quantity will not be refilled
No refund will be issued
No re-order will be provided
Partial delivery is not eligible for compensation.

This applies whether the order is pending, processing, or completed.
7. Refill & Cancel Support
All refill and Cancel requests may take:

Up to 5–10 working days in special cases
Support response time may vary based on workload and provider delays.
8. Invalid Orders & No Support Cases
We do not provide support or refunds for orders placed with:
Incorrect links or usernames
Private accounts
Deleted posts/videos
Changed usernames
Blocked or unavailable content
Make sure everything is public and correct before ordering.
9. Misbehavior & Abuse Policy
Any user who:
Abuses admin or support staff
Uses offensive language
Spams tickets or messages
Threatens staff
Will have their account suspended or permanently banned without warning. No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Service Changes & Agreement

Modify prices
Change services
Update delivery time
Change terms at any time
